John Hickenlooper has announced the appointment of Jeff Ackermann – executive director of the Colorado Energy Office (CEO) – and Wendy Moser of the telecommunications company Charter Communications to the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC), part of the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
