Company Overview

Nikola Power is a Denver-based solar and energy storage startup. There are two aspects to our business: 1) patented battery algorithms that improve the financial performance of energy storage projects by sizing assets more appropriately and managing them more effectively; and 2) solar and storage project development (origination, financing, and operations and management). Our target markets include: Municipalities, Universities, Schools, and Hospitals (MUSH); Commercial & Industrial (C&I); and Cooperative and Municipal utilities.

Our solutions are built to solve the intermittent nature of standalone renewables for grid operators, utilities, and commercial customers. By building cutting-edge energy storage products and optimization methods, Nikola Power delivers world-class projects and investor returns.

We are a pending B-Corp and are passionate about changing the world just as our namesake, Nikola Tesla, did 100 years ago. Our team is fun, energetic, and innovative and we are looking for fellow renewable energy rock stars to help drive our mission forward.
